Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to return it. After you’ve informed me, you have another 14 days to return the goods. Please get in touch so I know to expect a return delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund accordingly, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
My purchase hasn’t arrived?
All goods from my shop are sent out via Royal Mail (unless requested) Large items may incur tracking as part of shipping costs. If your purchase hasn’t arrived, then please get in touch. If the item remains undelivered after 30 days, then a refund will be issued.
